perfect day to shower a precious baby with gifts! today was paul and stephanie's shower for eli!
i loved that it was a couples shower (megan and i were a couple...anyone surprised?) because it was SO FUNNY to watch Paul open the gifts. and hear his commentary on them.
i also loved that there were babies there. eli in particular. how fun is it to have a shower and get to see the baby its for?! he is really too cute. look at all that hair!
today was the first time i'd ever seen Shawn and Jade's baby, Caroline. she is so precious! looks just like them. :) she had little baby leg warmers on, but i failed to get a picture of them.
jenna wilmhoff was one of many hosts. they did a really great job. it was fun. the outside pictures needed the aperture up a little more, but its good because it accentuates how beautiful it is outside today.
these next two made me excited. if you know me, you know how much i love team pictures. well, this isn't one of those, but it IS an old team picture! steph, katie, and i led together for a long time. i love those girls :)
and, here is the precious new family! what a blessed baby! they're going to be amazing parents. i can't get over his hair. too cute :)
it should be noted that one of stephanie's friends told me i would be perfect to go on The Bachelor. this was right after steph said, "has anyone ever told you that you're just like tenley?" Funny. i would be the most awkward bachelor contestant/bachelorette in the history of the show. and i think it's the worst idea ever thought of for dating. I mean, what girl doesn't love to hear that her guy is in love with 3 other women? BUT easy to get sucked into. like a train wreck.
well. i am going to find some excuse to get outside. maybe a car ride to hobby lobby so i can be crafty today? or maybe go take my camera out somewhere with pretty fences? we'll see i guess :)
little eli is so much bigger than he was when i first saw him!! (Which was the first two weeks he was born). SOO CUTE!!!
